Handoffs are the hardest part of working with agents
Starting a run is easy. Passing it to someone else without losing the thread is where teams struggle.

The transcript problem
When an agent finishes its part, the next person usually gets a pasted transcript. They read it, guess what mattered and start over in their own thread.
Every handoff loses context, and with long runs there are many handoffs.
Hand off the session, not the summary
In Roundtable the session itself moves. The next owner sees every step, every note and every decision, and can keep going from the exact point the last person left.
